"The Dam Lake House" is a Beautiful Lakefront Home on Sunrise Lake! Enjoy the great sunsets from this property that has ~150 feet of lake front with a shallow walk in beach area. Come in summer to enjoy the swimming, the fall to enjoy the great views of the foliage changing or come in winter to enjoy the snowmobiling, great ice fishing or skiing at close by Gunstock Mtn (35 min). This home was designed with care and can fit many families needs or groups of friends.

We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
