Kom ontspannen en genieten van historisch Middelburg, de zee en mijn sfeervolle romantische huisje in hartje centrum van Middelburg. Door de week woon ik hier zelf en in de weekenden deel ik mijn huis graag met stellen die houden van rust, ruimte en goede voorzieningen om een heerlijk weekend samen te beleven. Gebouwd in 1840 en alle moderne voorzieningen (complete keuken, kachel, luxe boxspring, wifi en televisie) aanwezig om samen te genieten zodat je opgeladen en uitgerust huiswaarts keert.

Kom genieten van de historische binnenstad van Middelburg en verblijf in dit sfeervolle gezinshuis uit 1916. Waai uit aan het Zeeuwse strand! Het huis ligt 100m van de winkels, bioscoop, kroegen en restaurants. Het is geschikt voor 5 pers. Indeling: hal, ruime woonkamer, keuken, bijkeuken en wc. Boven: lichte badkamer met douche/ligbad/wc. 2 ruime slk. met 2-pers bedden. 1 lichte slk met 1 pers bed. Omheinde zonnige tuin, eigen parkeerplaats. Honden welkom, langere verhuur in overleg.

The cosy designed vacation house is near the market square (500m), Chocolate museum (170m), in the city center and public transport. The authentic house (1750) is warm, beautifully designed, and situated in a quiet area. It has 3 bedrooms with double bed (160cm), 2 bathrooms with shower. The old cellar is now a tv/play-room for children. The 2 tv's both have Netflix :) There's a terrace on the roof + free wifi. The house is suitable for 1 to 3 couples and families with children.

Het huis ligt op loopafstand van het historische stadscentrum. Je zult genieten van mijn plek. Het is een knus, sfeervol huis, met een klein, beschut tuintje op het Westen. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen. Het Anton Pieck-achtige straatje is voetgangersgebied. Gratis parkeren kan in de directe omgeving. Volg daarvoor de navigatie-instructies. Middelburg is een monumentenstad, Walcheren wordt ook wel 'de Tuin van Zeeland' genoemd.

Our Bruges house, nestled in the city center, is just a 2-minute walk from Market Square and other attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street, it ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor offers a private bedroom with a spacious ensuite bathroom, a personal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge, and more, along with a small courtyard. The only shared space is the entrance hall, as I live upstairs. Enjoy comfort and tranquility in the heart of Bruges.

The cottage is privately rented but is connected to a B&B. On request, breakfast can be served in your private garden, in your cottage or on your bed. The last renovation of this 16th century Erker house over the water dates from the beginning of 2020, with again preservation of all the authentic, characteristic elements. From your King Size bed you have an exclusive view of the garden and the water (the Bruges Canals) makes your stay complete.

Situated in the true historical heart of Bruges lies this hidden gem. The house has been completely renovated to update standards including a fully equipped kitchenette and a heavenly shower. You will sleep in a kingsize bed and wake up to the sound of white swans strolling over the water. The house is in a traffic-free street and has a supermarket around the corner. No cleaning fee, keep clean please

Cosy holiday house

Huyze Cordoeanier is located in the very heart of the medieval town of Bruges, a few steps away from the central market square but in a quiet neighbourhood. Our house has been rewarded as a 4 star accommodation by the Tourist Office for Flanders! We gladly accept families and responsable adults. Our house isn't suited for groups of friends because of the quiet city area.

The apartment is located on the Boulevard de Ruijter, near the statue of Michiel de Ruijter and the Arsenal and a beautiful view of the Westerschelde. The beach is just a few hundred meters away. The city-center with all (nightlife) facilities is at the backside. Public transport is within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for couples and business travelers.
