The room shares a bathroom with another bedroom, and is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable holiday.

The guesthouse is situated in Venice, providing accommodation just 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 800 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. Additionally, several notable attractions are in close proximity, such as the La Fenice Theatre, the Basilica dei Frari, and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a fridge, a Smart TV, Free Wifi and a private bathroom with a shower. Sheets and towels are provided in the guesthouse rooms.

This is a single room with a sink inside the bedroom and a small bathroom (WC/shower). It has aircon (1st June to 1st September), heating (October to March), a desk, a wardrobe, a chair and WIFI. The view is to the wall of the neighbourhood. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin) at a partner hotel (distance 700 meters).
