Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. Το διαμέρισμα κατασκευάστηκε το 2021 και βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του χωριού "Κουρκουμελάτα", ένα από τα πιο γραφικά χωριά του νησιού με ιδιαίτερη αρχιτεκτονική. Ξεχωρίζει για την εντυπωσιακή θέα προς τα νότια και για τους προσεγμένους δημόσιους χώρους. Οι νότιες παραλίες Άβυθος, η μεγάλη Πέτρα και ο Άι Χέλις βρίσκονται σε απόσταση μόλις 2,5 χλμ από το διαμέρισμα. Το αεροδρόμιο είναι στα 4,5 χλμ διευκολύνοντας πολύ τις μετακινήσεις ενώ το Αργοστόλι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 10χλμ.
