At the top of the stairway, Room 12 at our Pleasant Lake, NH bed and breakfast is a lovely Junior Suite on the third floor with beautiful views of Pleasant Lake and Mt. Kearsarge. The suite boasts a queen size bed, sitting area, full tiled bathroom with tub/shower, television & small desk. Many guests enjoy the large whirlpool tub, deep enough for two. Roomy enough for small families, the sofa in the sitting area pulls out to a full sized bed.

Nestled at the beginning of the second floor hallway at our bed and breakfast near Hanover, NH, Room 2 is a perfect couple’s getaway with a queen bed and small sitting area with comfortable wingback chairs. The ensuite bath has a standard bath with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy beautiful views of Pleasant Lake and Mt. Kearsarge at our top rated New Hampshire B&B. NOTE: There is a small step-up to the bath from the room.
