Sorry - Children over 9 only. Red Mountain Cottage is beautifully and quietly situated on the edge of Carbost village, with stunning views overlooking Loch Harport and towards the Cuillin Mountains. This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

Spacious cabin beside the sea

Situated in the township of Braes, only a 15 minute drive from Portree, our cabin 'moonen' overlooks the Sound of Raasay. It sits on the sea side of an old church building, near the shoreline. It is peaceful here and a haven for wildlife. You can sometimes see whales and dolphins from your window and seals and otters on the nearby shore. Roe deer, sea eagles and buzzards are a common sight too. Enjoy beautiful views over to the Island of Raasay from both the bedroom and living area.

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. An original Skye Croft House, overlooking Loch Harport with views to the Cuillins. Its just a three minute drive from the village of Carbost with its “Old Inn” pub, restaurant and trad music sessions, the “Cafe Cuil” restaurant, a coffee shop, the “Talisker Distillery” with its tours and it’s off shoot “Three Chimneys at Talisker” The house is furnished with my mix of old with the modern & of course the essential log stove for chilly nights
