The walking trail across the street leads to our community lake front access. 2 paddle boards, 1 single kayak and a tandem sea kayak avbl. Must Sign waiver. The lake is beautiful, clear, cold and great for kayaking in the winter. Dress appropriately!

Casa Mendoza

This is our personal home located in the beautiful redwoods of Mendocino county. It is right next door to Cozy Casa which is our year round Airbnb rental. We are excited to make our home available while we are out of town and traveling ourselves! Jose, my husband built this house during the Pandemic of 2020. We live here when we are not visiting our grown children or traveling in Mexico. If you are renting this space in means we are definitely doing one of the two! Welcome!

Welcome to our lovely lake house! Sit outside and enjoy watching the herons and egrets that populate the lake. You might even see the otters that like to play in the water. The Lands' End community in which the house is located is set amidst sloughs and farmland, perfect for beautiful walks and bike rides, but also a short drive to all the amenities of the town of Lakeport. Kayaks are available for guests to use to paddle out to the main lake and explore the area by water.

Redwood House with Hot Tub & Walk to Beach

Built in 1920 from old growth redwood, The Elk House is a uniquely Mendocino getaway tucked between forests & walking distance to the beach. With a big yard, fireplace and hot tub it's easy to never leave the property. However, the house is a short walk to Elk Beach, a creek walk, the Elk Store, a pub and even a two Michelin star restaurant. This rustic Mendocino gem is a unique and tranquil getaway for making memories with family & friends

The Views are Sweet at "Orr Springs Retreat!"

This RV is located on a 46-acre property, it's in front of the main residence, on a large cement driveway, with plenty of parking. A peaceful spot with trails and beautiful views. Come enjoy all Mendocino has to offer. Orr Hot Springs is just up the road or keep going all the way to the coast! Lake Mendocino is less than 15 minutes away, and plenty of wineries and dispensaries for all the grape and cannabis lovers.

River House

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
