It has quiet and safe neighbourhood, at night there are street securities with security badge to ensure safety,in the compound also there is security guard..The place is located 300metres from main road..in the streets there are shops to get some basic stuffs, supermarket located 850M (motorbike are nearby and its 1000tsh to get there) Note: there is no elevator (between floors there are two stairs)
