Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo, on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without elevator and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is a shared sitting room, a shared dining room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where you can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. There is free, quick, unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The centrale train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you arrive by car (but you don't need it in Palermo) : you are not allowed to go into the historic centre without a special pass ( the ZTL) but you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic

La habitación "I MORI" está ubicada dentro de una casa particular, "Casa Zyz rooms and suites", compuesta por una recepción, 3 habitaciones con baño privado ("La Pigna", "I Mori" y "La Trinacria") y una sala común. salón donde se servirá un excelente desayuno. Todas las habitaciones están finamente amuebladas y cuidadas hasta el más mínimo detalle. La gran sala "I Mori" tiene vigas de madera y roca antigua vista y una gran ducha con cromoterapia. Tiene vistas a un patio interior tranquilo y característico.

L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, si trova al centro di Calatafimi Segesta e si affaccia sulla piazza principale, zona fornita di bar, ce n'è uno proprio sotto casa dove poter fare colazione compresa nel prezzo, ristoranti e supermercati. Dista 5 km dal tempio di Segesta, 15 dalle spiagge di Castellammare del Golfo e dello zingaro. A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e la città di Erice. Gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono a circa 35 km di distanza.

L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere dell'Albergheria, nelle vicinanze del mercato di Ballarò, dove potrete gustare cucina tipica e street food. Sarete in una posizione centrale, a circa 500 metri dalla Cattedrale e dalla Stazione Centrale. La zona è dotata di tutti i servizi, negozi e mezzi trasporto. L'appartamento è dotato di elettrodomestici, biancheria, televisore, Wifi e tutti i confort. Per soggiorni superiori a 7 notte offriamo il cambio di tutta la biancheria necessaria.

La camera è ampia e luminosa, con arredamento nuovo e lineare. Le serate sono fresche, ma è presente un ventilatore a soffitto. Il bagno privato è spazioso, dotato di vasca e doccia a pioggia, accessibile direttamente dalla camera. Cucina a disposizione d'uso per tutti gli ospiti, dotata di lavastoviglie, utensili per cucinare ed elettrodomestici. Terrazzo e grandi spazi esterni, come il prato a bordo piscina, agrumeto, piccola foresta di bambù e tanti angoli verdi per rilassarsi.

A stone's throw from the enchanting seafront of Trapani, you will enjoy both the sea in the morning and one of the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. You can easily reach the cableway to Erice and the harbor to embark towards the Egadi islands, accessible by public transport but I will also be happy to drive you. Breakfast, baked by me, is included. The neighborhood offers every kind of service: supermarket, bar, bakery, newsstand, etc.
