Depandance in Castello con piscina

La depandance è situata nel centro storico di Mascalucia, vicino a numerosi ristoranti e a pochi chilometri sia dal parco dell'Etna, distante 20 appena minuti, che dal centro di Catania e da Taormina. Allo stesso tempo si trova in un'oasi verde, all'interno del parco di una villa storica dei primi del Novecento. Alloggio adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie anche con bambini. Recentemente ristrutturato è pronto per accogliere 4 persone. Posteggio a pagamento . Piscina privata.

Rifugio SERCLA

Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

Questo studio si trova dentro Villa Lionti, fra Catania e l'Etna, a 500 metri slm. Nella villa ci sono altri 5 appartamenti con caratteristiche diverse. Gli architetti dicono che è la villa meglio preservata in tutta la Sicilia orientale Questo monovano è di circa 35 mq, ristrutturato nel 2026 con stile moderno, è composto da una grande stanza con zona pranzo, area cucina completa e un comodo letto matrimoniale.
