Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants. This is one of Nicaragua’s best kept secrets.

De ervaring is dat het fijn en rustig werken is op deze plek. Er is een gemeenschappelijk zwembad en er zijn wandelpaden waar je je in de jungle waant. Het klimaat is aangenaam, omdat de boerderij op de uitlopers van de hoogvlakte ligt. Eigen huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

A beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious, modern house in an amazing natural setting. Feels secluded but you are near to town and near many touristical attractions. As the house is located at +550 mts above sea level. It has the perfect climate. Chilly at night (you might want to use thin blanket and wear a vest) and during the day you are perfectly of in shorts and a t-shirts without being hot or cold ( about 22 degrees Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit).
