Vanaf het riante terras aan het zwembad met poolhouse kijkt u op glooiende heuvels, de zee en de golfbaan. Het panoramische uitzicht is adembenemend en rustgevend tegelijk. E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Casale Monticchio- The Gaggia house, 6 to 8 guests

This 180 sqm apartment is made up from the main part of the Gaggia family home. The house was built around the 1920’s and unusually the main room was on the ground. The focal point was the large fireplace which had two bench seats within its structure. Severely damaged in the past, we made it a priority while restoring the property. The largest alteration required was to creating new staircases which we did in a stable at the back of the property which now has 3 meters high mirror.

Lovely and completely independent guest house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Part of a 15th century monastery surrounded by fields. Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.
