It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.

Bob's Cottage Mansfield

Bob's cottage is a unique, private, self-contained high-country accommodation, located on the historic Delatite Station, a 4,000 acre working farm. It was originally built in the 1930s for Delatite’s first full-time gardener and has recently been renovated. Nestled into the side of a hill, above the Delatite river.
