The Row House

Whether it's a festival or fall colors, a boat race or car show on the riverfront, a micro brewery or winery, antiquing or historic tour, hiking Clifty Falls or simply just getting away, we have the location for you. *HVAC system includes whole-house air purifier. Max of 4 guests, no children under age 8.

The Nature House

Historic home located in downtown Madison. Walking distance to all the shops, dining, and riverfront. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for couples or groups. Modern kitchen with all the amenities you will need. Beautiful deck and patio out back with comfortable furniture and a fully fenced yard. The decor was inspired by Mother Nature and each room is decorated with gorgeous animal prints. Three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and an office with a convertible couch.

From the bubbling hot tub, take in the country air and tranquility at this breathtaking 48 acre (completely private) two bedroom, two bath cabin centrally located between the Ark and the Creation Museum. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine around the majestic firepit overlooking the rolling meadows. Enjoy pristine ponds (with LED fountains) to fish and swim. Watch deer and turkey roam the property. Hike the trails which include a frisbee golf course designed to take in the scenery.

The Cabin

As you walk in, The Cabin wraps it's arms around you and says " Welcome home." You can feel the stress leave you as you settle in for your stay at this scenic cabin on 9.8 wooded acres. Fully furnished, spacious 1 room cabin with stone wood burning fireplace, equipped kitchen, bath with shower and twin over queen bunk bed. Refresh your mind & soul on the covered back porch overlooking the mature woods. Enjoy watching the abundant wildlife, including turkeys, deer, chipmunks and squirrels.

Clifty Falls is a great place to hike. Beltera Casino Resort is down the street and the marina is also close to Rising Sun, Hollywood Casino, and Sunset Grill on the water in Warsaw, Kentucky. Conveniently located close to The Neeley Family Distillery. Some have visited the Ark while staying here also.

You’ll love the property because of the private secluded location and the views. The property is good for couples, solo families (with kids), all girls/boys gatherings and big groups. The house has over 1900 square feet of living space plus a sunroom looking over the pond and woods. There are two TVs with cable connection and one tv with an antenna. One TV is in the common living area and the other tv's are in two bedrooms, Catch and release fishing is permitted.
