In case of very cold weather bring a space heater. 4 bedrooms (rooms have curtains instead of doors). 5 beds plus futon on enclosed porch. Has WIFI. Full kitchen, dining room and bath with shower. Grill provided. Sheets and towels, pillows, blankets provided. Guests provide paper towels, toilet paper, food, etc
