Ta med hele familien til dette flotte stedet med mye plass til avslapping, moro og naturopplevelser. Dette er VÅRT feriested både sommer og vinter, og derfor kan vi varmt anbefale det for andre også. Vi bruker ofte mye tid ute. På sommeren kan du spille badminton, plukke bær, bli med på krepsfiske i Råneelven i aug, eller klatre i et av Sveriges beste klatrefelt, MTV-veggen, bare noen min unna. Om vinteren kan du gå på ski, snørekjøre og kjøre skuter, før du slapper av inne i varmen fra saunaen.

Utrymme finns även för att ta med egen bäddmadrass. Sängkläder ingår, ej badlakan. AC finns. Stor trädgård med altan på både fram och baksida. Studsmatta på baksidan. Närhet till både skidbacke och badstränder.

Naturbelägen fristående lägenhet ”gårdshus” beläget 10 minuter utanför Luleå centrum. Direkt anslutning till natur och skoterspår. Boendet byggdes 2023 och har fullutrustat kök, badrum med toalettartiklar, skrivbord, soffa, loftsäng för två vuxna (140 cm) och en enkelsäng under (90 cm). 500 meter till närmaste busshållplats samt fri parkering på gården vid huset. Observera att kollektivtrafiken inte går särskilt regelbundet, varpå vi rekommenderar gäster att ha egen bil.

About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende vackert beläget i Södra Sunderbyn. Huset ligger på en höjd med utsikt över älven och stora strövområden. Några hundra meter till bl.a. badstrand och elljusspår. Fem minuter till busshållsplats och restaurang. 10km till Luleå och 15km till Boden I källaren finns gemensam tvättstuga samt ett extra sovrum/gillestuga som kan bokas vid behov(se sovrum3).
