The conveniently close highway access allows for quick trips to the mountains. I live in a completely separate unit on the main level. Cozy private carriage house in shared yard behind 1893 historic home. Perfect for the business or solo traveler but can accommodate 2 with the plush queen sized bed. Conveniently located to downtown, Coors Field or the Mile High Stadium. Easy access to both I-25 and I-70. The casita is in the back corner of the Hosts yard and the yard is shared with the Host. Gardens, fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub all available to guests. Sadly no dogs allowed as we have bunnies and chickens living here.

Newly renovated guest suite located near Red Rocks and Golden with private entry and private drive. Our place is great for those heading to a concert at Red Rocks or coming to/from the mountains! Easy access to Highway 6 and Interstate 70. We don’t recommend our guest suite for those with allergies to cats- our friendly cat lives upstairs with us but wanders downstairs between guests. And as we have a steep mountainside backyard, the Airbnb is not suitable for young children.
