A breezy penthouse with amazing views of the sunset the sea and the mountain. Located on the 6th floor of a block of flats. Lift gets you to the 5th floor and then a staircase to the 6th floor. Wonderful verandas to the front and to the back of the building. One that can be accessed through the living room and the bedroom. And a second one decorated with plants with a canopy for shade that can be accessed from the kitchen.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
