Nice and spacious holiday home in Rovaniemi Finland. It’s an old charming semi-detached house, located in Ylikylä, a calm part of town. The river and swimming beach is 500 meters away. In the winter it’s a nice place to enjoy northern lights and in the summer time there is an official swimming beach. The house is 7 min/4,5 km from city centre, 12 min/12 km from Santa Claus village, 14 min/12 km from airport.
