This property is set right on the Pemigawesett River. Fantastic view and all just steps out the back door. Area attractions include Clark's Trading Post, Whales Tail water park, Santa's Village, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain, Waterville Valley, North Conway and much more!! Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking.
