A stunning panoramic view awaits you at Nuthatch Cottage. This gorgeous, unspoilt haven is located in Mitcheldean, the enclave of the Forest of Dean and a locals-only spot in Gloucestershire. This 2 bedrooms house was built with natural Cotswolds stone. The entire house is secluded with a hot tub and has a luxuriously charming feel. It is perfectly situated to enjoy what the picturesque local area has to offer. The local shops, restaurants, and attractions are only a five-minute drive away.

The wooden cabin, Haven on the Hill, fully insulated build on an elevated platform with views looking over the Forest of Dean. A private and secluded dwelling situated in our grounds near our home. With good pubs and walks nearby this cabin is perfect for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. We are at the foot of May Hill, a beautiful natural area for walking & exploring. A new hottub is now available and is now under cover so even rainy days can be enjoyed .

If you’re looking for that special place look no further. A natural sanctuary in one Britains most famous oak forests, bordering a RSPB reserve. Nagshead Retreat is hidden down a FE track. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy nature and tranquillity, Ideally located to explore all the attractions that the Forest and Wye valley have to offer. Whether it be mountain biking, canoeing, hiking or just a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle, the Retreat provides it all.

On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, this cosy getaway is a professionally converted and exquisitely decorated annex to our main property. This conversion was completed in 2022. PLEASE NOTE... You are welcome to use the woodburner during the summer months (May - Sept inclusive) but I do not supply firewood during this period. Please bring your own supplies of firelighters, kindling and logs if you would like an inside fire during the summer.

Mill Garden Lodge Romantic Spa break in the Forest

Mill Garden Lodge is one of 2 delightful properties at Parish Mill Holidays. We are dog friendly and accept one small dog, there is a small fee of £25. The properties sit in 7 acres of beautiful well maintained grounds, located just outside the picturesque village of Longhope, on the outskirts of the Forest of Dean, an area of outstanding natural beauty. A perfect place to escape for some R&R and explore the Ancient Forest and surrounding area.
