A KING SIZE Bed Guarantees a great nights sleep! Kitchenette, electric fireplace, bbq, firepit, covered patio, smart tv and 2 bikes available to reserve. Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

This is a very cozy, 2-bedroom apartment attached to a 200+ yo farmhouse in historic Bucks County. We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.
