The cabin is situated on a private pond and is just a short walk to the community lake where you can fish, swim, sun, or paddle around with any hand powered vessel, two kayaks/PFD's are provided. Indoors there's plenty of space to gather and more room to relax out on the multi-level deck. At the end of the day circle around the fire pit and make some memories!

You'll have access to 30 acres + our semi-private lake. You do not need a fishing license here. For adult-only stays: max of 14 guests (all must be 28+ w/ proof of ID) Starlink WiFi, Hot tub, shuffleboard, arcade, foosball, kayak, fireplace, fire pit, washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen, games, propane + charcoal grills. Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.
