This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Backyard has a grand tree, providing plenty of shade for any outdoor activities. Two car carport located in backyard.

Come stay at the Cozy Cottage on Collins. Nothing fancy here but a simple, quiet retreat to make you feel at home. 2 bedrooms, 1 Full/1 Queen plus the couch, 1 bathroom, 50 inch Roku TV, Fridge, Stove, fully stocked kitchen, workspace/desk area, washer/dryer and all essentials included. Window units for AC, double carport, nice porch, big backyard. High speed internet included! Long term stays encouraged!

Country Guesthouse

This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.

Leo and Ofilia’s Bunk House

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
