If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Suitable for EASY NOT POSH TRAVELERS. Fully equipped but BASIC NOT LUXURIOUS, city center studio. Best option for easy travelers who appreciate best location, outdoor space in strict city center and little lower budget studio. Definitely little funky place in ancient building from 16th century so don’t expect modern but historic vibe. More suitable for backpackers and simple easy going travelers.

Our comfortable apartment is located in very calm area of Ljubljana, around 20 minutes walk from the city center. A bus station is around the corner and the closest grocery store is 3 minutes away. Free parking in front of our house. Please note that we are required to collect 3,13 EUR/person/night city tourist tax and it is added to the price of the reservation.
