The house sits on the top of the Genesee Valley overlooking some of the most beautiful scenes in the county. From the windows you can view Letchworth state park and the mount Morris dam! The property is only 4 miles to the Letchworth state park entrance, 6 miles to the Serene Conesus lake.

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
