Boat rentals available on the lake. Multiple ski areas close by. Easy access to local and state snowmobile trails and the lake for ice fishing right out of the driveway.

Lots of things to do in the area as well. The serene Indian Pond is located just down the road and it is ideal for swimming & kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Hike Mt. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

Feel right at home in our open-concept year-round vacation gem within the Chocorua Ski and Beach community half a mile from the Moore’s pond. The cabin is nestled in the woods providing privacy. It boosts a double-sided fire-place and hot tub perfect for the cooler nights, a wraparound deck, as well as an enclosed porch. Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.
