This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

Bethlehem is a quaint town nestled in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. With amazing views of these mountains from the property, this newly renovated home is a great jumping off point for all your outdoor activities. A short walk brings Mt Wash into view. The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Enjoy a walk through our 4 1/2 acre property!

This mid-century modern home is comfortably situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and is private - it is not actually a "treehouse" though seems like it in its natural surroundings. A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.
