Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο μιας μικρής οικογενειακής πολυκατοικίας και είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τον κεντρικό δρόμο,τον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης μας και αρκετά κοντά σε εστιατόρια και super market.
