Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Our private patio has a view of the beach and ocean, and the spacious kitchen has more than enough room to have some friends over for a meal. Located in Midtown, this area is full of nightlife, amazing restaurants, and a less crowded beach since there aren't any large hotels.
