From Woodenbong, take Glennie Street, becomes Boomi Creek Road, keep on the sealed road at the Brumby Creek turn. Travel a further approx 6km. Our place is not suited to young children. This beautiful queen bedroom cottage is perfect for weekend getaways, mid-week rendezvous or creating a base for an extended stay to explore all that the Southern Downs and Granite Belt has to offer. Well-appointed with split system air-con and gorgeous little pot belly stove for winter nights, Great little kitchenette with access to the rear deck complete with full size BBQ and fridge. Private undercover parking behind cottage which is off the back of Pitstop Lodge.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is the converted pickers quarters when the property was a stone fruit orchard in the past. Have recently planted feijoa orchard. A small and cosy space with spacious verandahs to the north and west. Situated on a quiet and private 100 acres. Abundant bird and wildlife. The cabin is self catering. Breakfast is not provided altho’ tea and coffee making facilities and basic condiments are provided.

Sundown is a 4WD park only it 1/2 hour drive You can fish or put your boat into Storm King Dam There is also a local Golf Course

Drive to the end of the lane, wend your way down the poplar lined driveway and find yourself at Lane’s End Cottage, your home away from home in Broadwater, less than ten minutes from the town of Stanthorpe. The cottage is situated on a 42 acre farm, close enough to town that you can pop in easily to enjoy cafes, festivals and a bit of shopping - but far enough away that you will feel you really have escaped to the country.
