Charlie’s Place is idyllically located on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River inside the Bucktail State Park Natural Area of the Sproul State Forest. Charlie’s Place is directly off of state road Route 120, which is a main thoroughfare. Lock Haven is a 15 minute drive and State College is 45 minutes. Visit to relax and enjoy nature. Numerous opportunities abound for the outdoor enthusiast right outside your door including river access.

This cozy 4 bedroom home offers plenty of space and all of the essentials just 3 miles from Beaver Stadium. Includes TV, Cable, Wifi, grill, wall/window AC and plenty of parking. Furnishings include 6 beds, dining table, couch, love seat, and kitchen essentials. There are 2 bathrooms - one on main floor with shower; one in basement with bathtub (no shower). You’ll love our place because of the location with easy access to Penn State University, Beaver Stadium, downtown State College, I-80 and I-99. Our place is good for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). You will have your own private entrance and off street parking in a quiet neighborhood with great views.

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people.
