Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

With a modern contemporary feel and situated in the lovely village of Pontshill you'll find a peaceful and beautiful location perfect for walking, cycling, canoeing or a quiet weekend in the countryside. The property has 1 bedroom/living area with bathroom and a kitchen downstairs. There is parking for 1 car in a covered area. The Forest of Dean, River Wye, Symonds Yat, plenty of outdoor activities and beautiful walks are nearby.

On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, this cosy getaway is a professionally converted and exquisitely decorated annex to our main property. This conversion was completed in 2022. PLEASE NOTE... You are welcome to use the woodburner during the summer months (May - Sept inclusive) but I do not supply firewood during this period. Please bring your own supplies of firelighters, kindling and logs if you would like an inside fire during the summer.

Mill Garden Lodge Romantic Spa break in the Forest

Mill Garden Lodge is one of 2 delightful properties at Parish Mill Holidays. We are dog friendly and accept one small dog, there is a small fee of £25. The properties sit in 7 acres of beautiful well maintained grounds, located just outside the picturesque village of Longhope, on the outskirts of the Forest of Dean, an area of outstanding natural beauty. A perfect place to escape for some R&R and explore the Ancient Forest and surrounding area.
