The basement bedroom has two twin over double bunks. The kitchen includes a Viking range. A small dining room allows for family meals. Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

This private condo is within walking distance to town center grocery stores, breweries/bars, restaurants, movie theater, parks, shopping and is within a block of the free shuttle bus stop to Big Sky Ski Resort. This home away from home has two master suites, two and one half bathrooms, a wood burning stove that will keep you cozy warm, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, and washer/dryer on site. Your gateway to Yellowstone (45min) and Montana adventure!

The Perch - Big Sky Studio

This space is a cozy, quaint studio located above a garage on a beautiful property walking distance to Big Sky's Town center. Early check in - We can't always accommodate early check in because of the coordination with cleaners. However if you would like an early check in, then please submit an early check in request and we will let you know if the request can be granted. If we can accommodate your early check in, then there is a $50 early check in fee.
