Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Sitio encantador y tranquilo con solo 3 cabañas para alquilar. A unos pasos de tus cabañas descubrirás una enorme playa salvaje donde nadar es placentero. Cerca de todos los servicios (restaurantes/supermercados/bares). 3 bicicletas están a su disposición para paseos. La limpieza se realiza periódicamente y de forma gratuita. Posibilidad de planificar actividades como pesca de altura, paseos a caballo, visita al río y su fauna, etc.

Amigable con las mascotas, tenemos algunos perros. En caso de visitarnos con mascotas se debe cancelar a la hora del check in $20 / ¢10.000 por la primera noche de estadía de las mascotas y $10 / ¢5000 por cada noche extra.
