The spacious quarters have brand new furnishings to make your stay extra special. The house is equipped with a keyless entry and high-speed WIFI. There is also an off-street parking space.

Our one bedroom condo is located off I 25, minutes to CFD, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gas, museums and greenway bike/walking path. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. One queen sized bed, dresser, side tables and TV are in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, desk and counter height bar stools are in the main living area. I have provided Extra linens, towels, blankets, pillow, Cleaning supplies and extra bathroom/kitchen items. The vanity is separate from the water closet.

Across the street is the darling Central Cafe where you can grab a morning cup and breakfast, or make it right from the fully stocked kitchen. Tea, coffee and hot cocoa provided.
