The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Tila ollut suvun hallussa vuodesta 1950 isoisän evakkomatkan päätyttyä tänne. Vehreässä ja laajassa pihapiirissä sijaitsee myös toinen asuinrakennus, jossa isäntä asuu.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

II Holiday cottage on the island in Lake Saimaa

Fisherman's hut I and II are well-equipped two-bedroom holiday cottages in Lake Saimaa near Partakoski, Savitaipale in South-Western Finland. The cottages are located on Lapinsalo island. In the summer, they can be accessed by boat (a journey of 1 km) and in the winter, conditions permitting, they can be accessed by an ice road. We will teach you to drive a motor boat. We only rent this cottage for 3 weeks at a time.This relaxing getaway in privacy is a great way to spend a summer holiday!

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Sijainti keskellä kaunista eteläkarjalaista maaseutua. Loistavat puitteet ulkoiluun. Talossa on sähkösauna. Samassa pihapiirissä on myös puulämmitteinen sauna, joka on sovitusti majoittujien käytettävissä. Savitaipaleen keskustaan on n. 17 km. Lähin uimaranta löytyy n. 7 km päässä, entisellä kivilouhoksella. 18 km päässä on Lepänkannon uimaranta, joka on matala ja hiekkapohjainen. Ko. uimarannalla on myös grillikatos.

Spa Chaleteista Ericaa hieman isompi, 52 m2 hyvin suunniteltu ja kodikas kahden makuuhuoneen lomahuoneisto. Asunnossa on oma sauna ja lasitettu parveke. Asunto on hyvin varusteltu ja siellä on kaikki keittiövälineet ja tarvikkeet. Kylpyhuoneessa on pesukone ja kuivauskaappi. Huoneisto on Imatran Kylpylän yhteydessä ja sisäkautta pääsee kylpylään, kahvilaan ja ravintolaan. Ilmainen pysäköinti omalla autolla liikkuville. Juna-asemalta kulkee bussi Imatran kylpylään.
