It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Boasting a French country esthetic, this little darling has the most captivating views of rolling hills, a brook, and lush green farmland.

Our end-of-row home is perfectly situated several blocks from the square in Lancaster, an easy walking distance to all the downtown cafes, boutiques and Central Market. We want our guests to feel at home-away-from-home in our space, whether drinking coffee in the morning by the front windows, taking a nap on the sofa in the afternoon or making a drink in the kitchen at night.
