A stunning, cosy cottage located in the Forest of Bowland, Ribble Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Once part of a looming house and barn, this Grade II Listed building has been converted to a lovely cottage with peaceful surrounding views. There are many picturesque footpaths located close to the cottage, and within reach of historical and geological sites with beautiful scenes of wildlife. This is a working smallholding farm, so we must accept no pets to the cottage. No smoking.

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. A Luxury 1850's detached spacious Farm Cottage situated in the owners grounds down a quiet country lane in a quaint Lancashire village. Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. Pet friendly (£20 per dog per stay) with ample parking. Local pub 1/2 mile away.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night.
