Enjoy lakefront living close to everything the Nature Coast has to offer. Entire home is for your use with a private pool and boat dock. Beautifully decorated and comfortable living space to enjoy some family time. The 3 bedroom home has 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed (twin and full size) and 1 twin trundle bed. Sleeps 8. Enjoy using the 3 kayaks on the lake during the day, then challenge each other to a game of 8 ball at night on the billiards table. Swim and enjoy cocktails by the pool on the lanai.

Welcome to your peaceful Getaway on the Water. Whether you or your group are visiting the Villages, or just need a peaceful getaway to recharge, this is the place!There's something for everyone! Paddleboard or Kayak (provided) the beautiful canal to either lake. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in nature on the dock. Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!

Enjoy all central Florida has to offer, at this cozy waterfront cottage, on Haynes Creek, part of the Harris Chain. Fish from the dock, or bring your own watercraft, you have your own boat slip. Explore the area on our paddleboat, kayaks or paddle board. If its shopping and nightlife you enjoy we are close to Leesburg, Eustis, Mt. Dora, Tavares and the Villages. Or maybe you would enjoy watching wildlife and exploring one of the many parks or trails in the area. Central Florida has it all.

Welcome to your next lake house destination! PET FRIENDLY! Venture down the private dock to seating areas over the water, kayak across Lake Weir, or relax in the shade under mature oak trees. There's no shortage of outdoor space: enjoy the upper deck for lounging, the lower deck for dining or watching the sunset, or the spacious yard for fun and games! Indoors, guests will find a well-stocked kitchen, spacious living room, Pac-Man game table, and cozy spaces for sipping on morning coffee, .

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Come relax by the river in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Lady Lake, Florida. Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

This property is located in a secluded upscale residential neighborhood, yet still only few minutes away from SR 441, plenty of restaurants and the Lake Square Mall. Enjoy beautiful sunsets overseeing Silver Lake which is across the street from the house. Over 1 acre of land with lushful native trees and large lawn. Butterflies, birds, wildlife such as rabbits, and armadillos can be spotted.

Come and enjoy the lake life! Just far enough in the country to get real peace and quiet and enjoy the stars at night. Close enough to restaurants to enjoy a night out. Nearby Ocala National Forest and several natural springs offer a variety of outdoor adventures. If you enjoy mountain biking or horseback riding, there are amazing places to do both! If you like to fish you are also in luck, an eight pound large mouth bass was recently hauled in right off our dock!
