This home built in 2019 is one of the most recognizable homes in Old Homosassa. Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry area, second floor deck and game room. The property has three separate rentable spaces. The house, the loft and the studio. Among others, visit Rainbow River, The World Equestrian Center, Hernando Lake, and Crystal River. Dine on the water at Stumpknockers, Blue Gator, or Stumpys restaurants.

River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.
