​LAKE FRONT, custom built in 2018. Nestled amidst the trees, you will enjoy our private guest house. Included: 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, elegant great room with fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a large open air porch with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

Beautiful RV, Mooresville NC

Close to all of Lake Norman Restaurants, Activities and Entertainment. Located on family owned property. This is a 40 foot fifth RV with five slide outs. There’s two full size fold out couches, two full recliners and a king bed. The stove and range is propane and also a microwave/convention oven. There is a full size fridge/freezer, fireplace for heat and ambience along with two furnace/AC. Small washer and dryer in RV. No smoking allowed in RV, only allowed outside. No pets allowed.

Take a stroll down the block to a lovely park with lake, playgrounds, pavilion, and amphitheater. Located just minutes from I-40, I-77, and historic downtown Statesville alike, Hillcrest Haven is situated near a plethora of quality restaurants and shopping options.

Enjoy the water while still near shopping and tons of restaurants. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ON BEHALF OF OTHER GUESTS WILL BE APPROVED. We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.

Relax and immerse yourself in Lake Norman's culture at The Loft on Lakeshore. Whether it be a couple's getaway, special occasion, a quick stop while traveling or scouting out the LKN area, we welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
