Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom condo featuring stunning views of Lake Memphremagog! Step out onto the private balcony to take in the scenery, or enjoy access to the heated pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This first-floor (upper-level) condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a comfortable living space. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into a bright, inviting living room, complete with baseboard heating. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AC in the summer.

Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!
