Cozy Church Branch Cabin

A cozy lakefront cottage made by family, for family. This was our parents home away from home, their favorite getaway. Now that they're gone, we want to share what they enjoyed. Traditionally constructed lake cabin with all the comforts of home. Large partially covered deck, large pier for fishing, plenty of room to bring your boat, canoes, or kayaks. Extremely close proximity to large landings where national fishing tournaments are held on Lake Marion. Prime hunting, near great hunting clubs.

After a long day on the lake, you can enjoy a game of pool, classic arcade games, darts, or board games. WiFi is provided as well as 3 smart TVs. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and water toys.

This log home is centrally located between Columbia and Charleston. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches all close by.

Locally known as the "Turtle's Nest", this getaway will let you be close to all the action. Located on Goat Island, 2nd row back, right off the big water. Boat ramp, boatslip, and restaurant only .3 miles away. Boatslip & ramp included. Remodled to a farmhouse feel, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath has 2 king beds & two singles. Two single beds share the same space as living room. Great retreat after a long day of fishing, or hanging out with family and friends. Be back fast to unwind by the firepit.

Located 20 minutes from Santee and 1 hour from downtown Charleston. All your streaming services are avalible. This is a great place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy yourself. If you fish , this is on a lake known for great fishing featuring the big blue cat fish. Or if you just want to enjoy a quiet time away this is the retreat for you.

Large Lakefront Home w/360 view, beaches, & dock

This family-friendly spacious lakefront home with dock is located on a peninsula and boasts water access on three sides of the property. Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 13 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, paddle boat, hammocks and swings, fishing, drop in your kayak or paddle board straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.

Relaxing Comfortable Waterfront Family Dock Suite

Bring your family or group to this 3 bedroom 1+ bath place in the large trees with lots of room for relaxing and fun (….if you are a jeans and sweatshirt kind of person. It is not the Hilton!) TVs in each room, and 2 covered decks. Fish, or just sit out on the dock, watch the boats run by, and appreciate the lake. We rarely use the dock ourselves. 600’ from our public boat ramp with a park and small beach. Please also note that we do have cameras installed that monitor outside only.

Lakefront home on the big water of Lake Marion. This home is on the Santee side of the lake in a quiet neighborhood, 1-2 miles from restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and I-95. Starbucks is less than 2 miles away. *Home can accommodate 10 guests max. *Indoor hot tub is available October through March. *Only registered guests listed on the booking are authorized at the property unless prior approval has been granted. *STRICT no pet policy. *PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED*

Perfect Family Retreat at Lake Marion

Great water front family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. We purchased our home is 2006 and began a complete interior and exterior renovation. In 2023 we installed solar panels and an electric vehicle charging station, yet we also have access to the grid for cloudy days and when power demand exceeds what our panels generate. We use a deep well for water. Bring your family for an off-the-grid vacation in our lake home!
