The apartment is the downstairs of my home but completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and parking area. Downtown Anderson has lots of good restaurants and shopping to enjoy while here.

Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered. Please take note when booking; Children older than three are considered "extra guests" and need to be booked accordingly. There is a charge of $10 per night per extra guest after the first two guests.
