One sofa bed in the living room can be used for extra guests. There is a one-acre fully stocked pond where you can fish or kayak or just enjoy the serene outdoors. You can end your day around the fire pit outside of your unit.

The EM Sightseer Stationary RV

This rental is a stationary RV, which is a motorhome that stays put. The RV is docked in the driveway at another AirBnB rental and is only about 5 to 7 minutes from the Falls and all the attractions. This is a comfortable and unique space to stay for your visit to Niagara Falls, but also economical for travelers. As an RV it does use waste tanks and they do need to be emptied, which we do for you without interrupting your privacy.
