This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bathroom.

Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. (The sauna is available by reservation to ensure your privacy.)

Deer, bear, bobcat, owls, porcupine, wild turkey, grouse and more. Enjoy a fire outside or relax in front of the hearth. WiFi for traveling workers & dog friendly.

The Barn has a private trail network, a swimming pond, views of the Adirondacks & Green Mtns and is 100% powered by solar energy. The Barn has a completely renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, brand new queen & king mattresses, and a pull out couch (perfect for kids) We live next door & look forward to hosting you!

This newly built modern rustic mother-in-law private cottage offers a convenient place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.
