Objekt se nachází v obci Kovářská a je nově citlivě zrekonstruovaný. Rekonstrukce zachovala co nejvíce původních prvků a zkombinovala je s moderním designem. Chata stojí uprostřed louky, slunná terasa má krásný výhled do okolí. V přízemí je sauna pro 6 osob s odpočívárnou, ochlazovacím sudem a výstupem ven.
