Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της πόλης. Απέχει τρία λεπτά από το λιμάνι με τα πόδια και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από τις πλάζ της Παροικιάς. Το σπίτι είναι κατασκευής του 1890. Πρόκειται για έναν ενιαίο άνετο χώρο (στούντιο) με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθιστικό με καναπε -κρεβάτι και επιπλέον ένα διπλό κρεβάτι .
