Blacksmith House - Charming Historic Getaway

Built in 1790 as a blacksmith shop named “The Town Ax," Blacksmith House was rebuilt in the early 1990's and renovated by the present owners in 2017. The roughhewn beams of the original structure are exposed in every room. A scenic 10 min drive will take you to Kingston or Woodstock, and approx. 30 mins away from Windham and Hunter Mountain Ski resorts.

Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!

The Wood House

The Wood House is a 19th century farmhouse steps from the Kaaterskill Creek. In 2020 it was renovated from top to bottom including a fully equipped Kitchen, all new Bath and Powder Room, geothermal heat and central air and a wood burning stove for cozy winter visits. The location is central to Saugerties, Catskill, Kingston, Hudson and Woodstock and Catskill Park.
